How long can I keep my chocolates for?

The shelf life is specified on the product description.
Chocolates containing cream will keep for up to 4 weeks.
Solid chocolate based products will keep for up to 6 months.

I am vegan, can I eat your dark chocolate?

Some of our dark chocolates recipes don't contain dairy. Our dark chocolate doesn't contain any animal products, it is technically suitable for vegans. However, we make the chocolates in a small kitchen and use dairy products in many recipes, therefore our dark chocolate may contains traces of milk protein.

I am allergic to peanuts/nuts, can I eat your chocolates?

We use ALL kind of nuts in our kitchen, there are nut traces in ALL our products. We strongly advise against eating our chocolates if you suffer from any form of nut allergy. Allergens are shown in bold on the ingredients list on the product description.

I am allergic to dairy, can I eat your chocolates?

We make the chocolates in a small kitchen and use dairy products in many recipes, therefore most of our chocolates may contains traces of milk protein.
We suggest not eating our chocolates if you are severely allergic to dairy products. Allergens are shown in bold on the ingredients list on the product description.

Should I keep my chocolates in the fridge?

Please don't! The fridge is too cold for chocolate. Keep your chocolates in a cool dark cupboard, away from any heat source or strong smell. 15 degrees C is the perfect temperature but room temperature is fine.

Can I collect my order from your shop?

Yes, you can collect your order from our shop doorstep during this lockdown. Tuesday to Thursday  from 10h00 to 16h00.

Can I send my order to multiple addresses?

One order can be sent to one address. You'll need to place one order per delivery address if you are buying chocolates for different people.

Do you send orders abroad? 

We only send orders within the United Kingdom at present.
